  • Rescheduling: Services must be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Refunds: Refunds are provided for cancellations made with sufficient notice. No refunds are issued for same-day cancellations.

  • Limitations: We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or for items not disclosed as fragile.
